Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive
My wife and I took a trip to the Apopka Wildlife Drive in Apopka Florida. This drive is roughly 30 minutes from the Disney area. The 2-hour drive through the protected wetlands gives a beautiful backdrop with a lot of wildlife including plenty of gators, fish, and a wealth of different species of birds.

Weekend Scramble
I have always loved a large scramble or hash for breakfast on the weekend. For me it’s a great start before heading out paddle boarding or adventuring. In the past my scrambles or hashes have been very meat and potato heavy.
