Lake County Run 3/30

Another personal best set with a strait 15 minute run. It may not be a lot to people who actually run or have been active, but it’s the first time in a long time I’ve ran over a mile strait. I also am starting to have less and less back pain when running. It’s not gone, but with stretching and some of the yoga I have been doing I really am starting to feel looser. I also can feel the stamina increasing where only two weeks ago 5 minutes made me feel extremely winded. I’m a third of the way towards a 5k and growing every week.
