Lake County Run 3/23

This was my second official run on the 5k workout plan. Pretty similar to my last run. I wasn’t really able to run the full 5 minutes strait and again had to walk. I actually did start to feel some pain in the middle section of my back. Not to the point that I couldn’t do things normally, but noticeable. The pain seems to come from poor posture over the years. After a few more runs I’m hoping this pain will lessen and eventually give me better posture overall.
